A reimagined take on classic Cantonese and Hong Kong ingredients, Central’s On Lan Street welcomes 1111 Ones Restaurant & Lounge. The menus have been created by Chef Will Leung with inspiration from award-winning landscape photographer Kelvin Yuen, with each dish celebrating modern reimaginations of Hong Kong. Menus include unique creations where local Cantonese and Hong Kong classics are served up with an international twist. The six-course tastingmenu features an amuse-bouche, starter, entrée, soup, a choice of four meat dishes for main, and dessert. The 8-course menu, meanwhile, has an additional main course and pre-dessert option.
