Following by his very first Winter Degustation Menu, chef Gianni is now launching his new a la carte menu, featuring exquisite homemade Italian delicacies.
Diners will be impressed by chef’s masterful culinary creations using fresh and seasonal produce sourced from Italy. The appetising starters are meant to awaken the palate, including tuna, foie gras, black truffle and celeriac crocchette, served with horseradish sauce; venison bresaola with jelly peach, arugula, mozzarella and walnuts; and roasted duck Fagottini with Parmesan fondue and aged Balsamico.
