Bali’s Asa Maia Launches Breathing Retreat

The boutique resort’s Breathe and Balance programme is designed to help you achieve optimal health and wellness through a combination of physical challenges and mental relaxation. The wellness journey is a balanced and transformative experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and empowered.

The retreat’s private fitness sessions are designed to challenge your body and increase your strength and endurance. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, the resort’s expert trainers, led by resident breathwork practitioner Syddarta Brooke, will guide you through workouts that are tailored to your fitness level and goals.

In addition, The Asa Maia’s retreat package includes delicious, nutritious meals made with wholefood ingredients and designed to fuel body and mind. The retreat includes daily fitness sessions, breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, two breathwork sessions, a 90-minute deep tissue massage (or two for five-night stays).

Syddarta is a professional athletic, breath, and contrast therapy coach that works with PRO athletes globally. He is certified in a variety of breathing methods and can tailor sessions based on participants requirements. As an athletic coach, Syddarta combines his knowledge in breath and athletics to optimise and increase the physical and mental performance of his participants.
