To enhance the Emirates’ inflight customer experience, the airline has invested more than US$2 billion to retrofit over 120 aircraft and make service improvements across all cabins.
Benefitting all Emirates passengers, every cabin class of 120 Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 aircraft will be refreshed, and new Premium Economy cabins installed. From November, the airline will retrofit four Emirates aircraft every month. Once the 67 earmarked A380s are back in service, 53 777s will undergo their facelift. This will see nearly 4,000 new Premium Economy seats installed, 728 First Class suites refurbished and over 5,000 Business Class seats upgraded before completion in April 2025.
New menus will be served on select Emirates routes in First Class, Business and Economy, while first class passengers can savour unlimited portions of Persian caviar as part of the dine on demand service.
