Jeremy Gillion, co-founder and head chef of one-Michelin Star restaurant Jag in Singapore, will take over the kitchen at Signature Bangkok at the Vie Hotel with a six-course tasting menu, “Discovery By Jeremy Gillion”, from 1-3 September.
There’s plenty of synergy between these two eateries: both are renowned for their modern French cuisine and love to showcase seasonal vegetables and herbs. Courses like La Mer and La Bocage will introduce the finest French seafood and poultry, but it’s the summer vegetables that are the real stars of the show. Diners can savour locally sourced French summer fruits and vegetables such as corn, parsley root, red cabbage, pumpkin, bell peppers and peaches.
The degustation menu is available from THB4,100 per person. With only 20 covers each night, guests are encouraged to book early and advance reservations are required.
