New Brunch for Hotel Eclat Beijing

If, like us, you adore long, lazy brunches on the weekend with family, friends or both, then swing by George’s Restaurant at Hotel Eclat Beijing, where a new brunch offering awaits. There’s a seasonal salad to start, which is followed by organic tomato soup or wild mushroom soup, then one of three egg dishes, an essential component of brunch. Diners can then choose from one of four mains: slow-cooked Iceland sole fillet, wild mushroom risotto, roasted rougie duck confit, and a Beyond Burger meal. The best brunches end with a memorable dessert: round off proceedings with a Valrhona chocolate fondant, classic New York cheesecake or ice cream.
