Located on the third floor add@Prince offers a delectable range of dining options with signature Cantonese, Japanese and Pan Asian delicacies all on offer. Menu highlights include fresh oysters and mussels, Alaskan king crab legs, Icelandic snails, crayfish, prawns, sushi and freshly cut sashimi. The carving station goes on stage with a succulent repertoire which changes nightly, featuring roast rib eye, honey glazed ham and roasted lamb, while a lavish salad bar with the freshest variety of greens balances the indulgence complemented by signature soups from both sides of the continent.
