Helmed by Pierrick Maire, the restaurant serves up modern French cuisine underpinned by the philosophy that, “life is about the ingredients.” Highlights of the four-course dinner tasting menu include Patagonian toothfish and 270 days grain-fed Australian Angus striploin.
