Located inside the city’s landmark Zhuhai Tower, the St Regis’ Social Restaurant offers a prime seafood selection at its signature buffet space. Dig into delights including roasted Atlantic sole, confit Atlantic cod and seared Icelandic halibut, which are presented tableside. Located on the 41st floor of the hotel, the restaurant’s design draws inspiration from the first-class dining saloons on board cruise vessels in the early 1900’s. The elegant design, meanwhile, makes the most of the stunning views over the South China Sea. Helmed by French master chef Auguste Escoffier, the restaurant also serves organic salads and vegetables an eco farm.
