During a champagne-laced soiree at Shanghai’s flagship Louis Vuitton boutique at this year’s ILTM Asia, Cheval Blanc management discussed the growth and evolution of the group’s three properties, including the recent awarding of a third Michelin star for Le 1947 restaurant at Cheval Blanc Courchevel. The restaurant, headed by chef Yannick Alléno, received its third star in the 2017 Michelin Guide, an accolade that has honored the creativity of the resolutely modern cuisine created by chef Alléno and his teams since his arrival at the alpine resort in 2008
