Running from 1 April to 31 May, 2023, The Ritz Bar & Lounge at The Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai collaborates with Panerai to present the “Timeless Memories” Afternoon Tea.
In partnership with a brand that appreciates, celebrates and enhances time, the “Timeless Memories” Afternoon Tea, co-created by the hotel’s Italian executive sous chef Davide Mastrangeli and Florentine luxury watchmaker Panerai, features a flavourful spread of treats inspired by the authentic taste of Italian cuisine, allowing guests to experience the fusion of art and craftsmanship.
Highlights of the afternoon tea, which is priced from RMB688 (US$100) per set, include the Gianduka Clock, a typical hazelnut chocolate flavour famous in Piedmont due to the hazelnuts grow through the region; Time-zone, a canape of chicken mousse and truffle jelly; and Steel Strap, Mozzarella cheese with a Parmesan coating. Also look out for the Panerai Time & Space Cocktail, inspired by the visual and functional experience brought by Panerai men’s watches.
